Eiji Yamaguchi, a second-year master’s student, had his research project, “Mechanism of Debris Flows with Mixed Grain Sizes Analized by Using Three-Dimensional Fluid-Solid Coupled Numerical Simulation,” accepted under the Special Category for Fostering Students to Compete Globally in the Publicly Offered Use Program of the Large-Scale Computing System at Osaka University Cybermedia Center. On March 4, 2025, a results presentation meeting was held, where Yamaguchi gave an excellent presentation among a distinguished group of participants.
